What's in a name? Agere is latin verb with the meaning to drive, urge, act or go. It is also the root of the latin word agilis or in English, agility. Driving businesses to become more agile is the core of what we do at Agere. Finding the balance between structure and planning while remaining adaptable to an increasingly volatile environment. To be an agile business requires leadership teams that communicate openly, often and have strong enough relationships to continually challenge each other on performance and behaviours.
